**What are we looking for?**

We are a friendly team currently looking for two new colleagues to be the first point of contact in our brand-new start of the art Science building. The Customer Service Assistants will be fundamental to the function of our school, performing a range ofcustomer-orientated tasks ensuring all our stakeholders are satisfied and happy.

The qualities we desire in a colleague are:

- Good communication skills
- Punctuality & reliability
- Ability to work both as part of a team and alone
- An organised and methodical approach to work
- Confident and calm manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic approach to visitors
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365

**The hours of work are**: 08:30 - 16:30

**The salary for this post is**: £ 20, 547 - £22,149
