They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Internal Sales Team.

**The Role**:
Main duties include:

- Delivering excellent customer service at all times,
- Handling existing customer enquiries advising on the status of their order.
- Promoting and upselling new and compatible products to customers.
- Negotiating prices where necessary.
- Dealing with quotes, providing order updates and handling queries.
- Advising customers on the availability of products, pricing and discounts.
- Creating and maintaining relationships.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A good background in customer service.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Good team working skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.

**What Is on Offer**:
Our client is offering the Customer Service Advisor a competitive basic salary £22,000 to £24,000 (dependent on skills and experience). In addition:

- 37.5 hour working week.
