This contract administrator position will report to the helpdesk manager and you will be required to be involved in the full life cycle of all facilities management work. You will be involved in the administrative and customer service side and will be expectedto manage your workload effectively.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the contract administrator include:

- First point of contact for all reactive and planned maintenance activity
- Input new work tasks and progress updates onto the system
- Track daily work outstanding using the system
- Support new contract mobilisation in relation to reactive works and planned maintenance
- Plan and dispatch all planned maintenance tasks to engineers
- Manage complex workload
- Prioritise urgent job demand
- Ad-hoc admin duties

**Profile**
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Good time-management, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong microsoft office knowledge
