**As a care assistant you will be expected to**:

- To deliver hands on care to residents in a person cantered way while assist clients with personal care tasks.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and movement of clients.
- Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life and encourage participate in social and recreational activities.

- Act in accordance with the General Social Care Councils Code of Conduct

- Delivery of care in a residential/Nursing setting.

- Demonstrate self-motivation and confidence
