The Role

**Graduate Consultant**

**About the role**

Due to the current and future workload requirements within BMT, we are looking for Graduates to join our specialists within our Asset Performance and Management Team. This team provides a wide range of services across a variety of capability areas, including:

- Supportability;
- Reliability and Maintainability Engineering;
- Obsolescence Management;
- Simulation and Modelling;
- Data Analysis.

**What is the Graduate Programme?**
- As a BMT graduate, you will be part of an exciting 2-year development programme that will equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience that you will need to propel your career to the next level. You will be paired with a mentor who will support your development within BMT and you will receive a tailored training programme.

**About you**

Do you have the following?
- A desire to make a difference in your chosen field.
- A relevant degree such as mechanical / aeronautical / systems / electronic engineering, applied Science / mathematics / environmental management or another relevant degree.
- An interest to develop your skills to align with our services and a desire to deliver within our various markets.
- Dedication to providing first-class service to our clients and the determination to further their career and gain Chartered status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team building skills.
- Although not essential, some experience of numerical/statistical analysis and tools (e.g. MS Excel and Access) would be beneficial.
- Flexibility and mobility to be able to work across BMT offices and customer sites throughout the UK.
