We are actively seeking an "admin" individual who will want to train in all aspects of our industry. You will report directly to Mortgage and Residential Directors, principally operating in the mortgage arm of our business, whilst assisting and learning estate agency work through reception duties, initially.

There will be career progression after a period of grounding and learning. But this is initially a trainee position.

If you are career minded and a driven individual determined to make it to the very pinnacle of your profession you will receive exceptional assistance from experienced Directors seeking an heir to their company.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

**Salary**: £14,701.29-£22,000.00 per year
