**Position**:
**JOB MISSION**

To drive seamless supply planning and foster collaboration between Maison and Market, ensuring fulfilment of customer demand across EMEA markets.

An opportunity to leverage your expertise as a data analyst to drive business-oriented insights in the realm of demand and supply. To work at regional level, part of the global Moët Hennessy organisation and the LVMH group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Consolidate and analyse sales forecasts for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and quality of master data.
- Analyse market sales forecasts and implement enhanced statistical models.
- Control allocation processes and prioritise market demands following MH EMEA guidelines.
- Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and facilitate forecast committees with Supply Planning Brand.
- Ensure action follow-up post-forecast committees and provide support to markets in sales forecasting input and analysis processes.
- Manage DRP and DDMRP supply processes, including parameters maintenance, calculation checks, and alert management.
- Control short/mid-term replenishment planning aligned with stock coverage targets and adjust plans based on production capabilities from the SP Brand.
- Coordinate replenishments with Maison Customer Services and Logistics teams, addressing changes in demand and supply issues.
- Coordinate period-end landings and ensure correct supply prioritisation of markets.
- Coordinate between Maison Customer Service, other departments, and markets to align demand and supply with local specifications and rules.
- Interact with Production Planning by creating “un-forecasted” demand forms and providing rationale for feasibility assessment.
- Coordinate product introductions and discontinuities, establishing phase-in/phase-out plans and managing lifecycle and business continuity.
- Ensure logistic constraints are considered, and supply chain information is communicated to Customer Service and markets.
- Define and optimise supply schemes by supporting SLA reviews and adapting stocks levels using availability indicators.
- Develop improvement action plans to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor stock slow movers and obsolescence, analyse key performance indicators, and coordinate corrective action plans with markets.
- Provide regular reporting on supply chain information, including volumes, allocations, and sales, to BDDs.
- Communicate KPTs such as SPA, SFE, stock levels, and SLOBs to markets and regions.

**CANDIDATE’S PROFILE**

Professional experience & technical skills:

- Degree in Engineering (supply chain specialisation is a plus) /Business School Degree with Supply Chain specialisation
- Global comprehension of Supply & Production planning
- ERP/Planning: APO (DP & SNP), SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comprehensive formula knowledge, database management, and pivot tables (VBA, SQL is a plus)
- Excellent analytical abilities

Languages

Fluent English, French is a plus.
