Great term time only HR Coordinator role in the Education and training sector supporting the organisations successful HR department. Looking of someone who can the professional face for first line queries on all HR, recruitment and payroll queries to bebased in North Cambridge

**Client Details**

This North Cambridge Education and training organisation pride themselves on offering great services for the community and have a supportive senior leadership team. This HR Coordinator role is to provide full administration support to the HR department whichis 40 weeks of the year so term time only and 37 hour per week. This is a crucial position within the department to ensure all HR admin duties are completed in a timely manner.

**Description**

**Key HR Coordinator responsibilities include**:

- **Recruitment / appointment / leavers -**To be fully conversant with the statutory guidance for schools, Keeping Children Safe in Education and trianing.
- **Employee life cycle -**Act as the main contact offering advice and guidance for managers and employees at the school in respect of all aspects of the employee contract and terms and conditions (e.g., pay, contract, working hours). This includes:

- **Absence Management**:

- **Payroll**:

- Maintain personnel files for a full life cycle of employment
- Deal with any **HR related queries** from employees and managers
- Support with any company policies and procedure changes
- Assist with the record keeping of absence levels
- Provide support (when necessary) with the payroll and recruitment functions within the HR department
- Prepare **HR documents**

**Profile**

**HR Coordinator Knowledge, essential skills and experience needed**:

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Confident using Payroll and HR systems
- Able to manage various priorities at the same time.
- Ability to stick to deadlines given to you.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- HR knowledge

**Job Offer**

This is a term time only role working 38 weeks term time and 2 weeks in school holidays per year so the salary of £30kpa is pro rata to the time worked. Their standard week is 37 hours per week whoever they will look at individuals between 30 and 35 hoursper week if they have strong HR administration experience.
