Our sales reps travel in one of our famous ‘Live Life OnThe Veg’ vans with locations that are on your doorstep and others that will be worth the road trip, popping up at busy high streets, markets, local shows and huge foodie events. Once they’ve used their creative flair to set up fantastic looking stands, they’ll set about offering tasters and striking up conversations with anyone and everyone about how cooking and food shopping fit into their lives and where our wonderful seasonal produce could play a part.
Our warm, approachable and engaging team have a tremendous knowledge of our business and a ‘glass half full’ attitude, answering questions and overcoming objections to persuade the public to try and different and more sustainable way of shopping and cooking.
This role is far from a 9 to 5, with no two days the same. A reps’ working week is a minimum of 40 hours, 4 days over 7 including the majority weekends across the year (key times for shows and potential to sign up a lot of new customers). 33 days’ paid holiday include a two week break over the Festive period, a great time for our team to put their feet up and toast a successful year

- Industry leading uncapped commission structure. Very achievable OTE of £35K

- Our new recruits start their journey with a trip to our beautiful Devon base, receiving extensive induction training over 3 days. Your development is then continued out in the field, with an abundance of support from our Sales Managers and Senior Reps.

All applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be a confident driver as you’ll be having many adventures in one of our ‘Live Life OnThe Veg’ vans, these vans are mid-sized and are kitted out with all the ‘mod cons’ to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
