Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at SLS Recruitment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our clients in a fun and lively environment, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in sales training and coaching programs to improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is not essential, as we provide full training and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work in a self-employed, commission-only role
