We require a minimum of 1 Year industry experience as an absolute MUST to ensure you can join the team and hit the ground running.

Role will include some Saturdays(Especially during wedding season), and flexibility and commitment are key. At busy times we may have to work extra hours or swap days off. Overtime will be expected during busy seasons, and a positive attitude towards this is welcomed. Key dates that you will be expected to work are Valentine's Day week, Mother's Day week and the week prior to Christmas. In turn, we offer similar flexibility with yourself where possible.

General Duties will include
- Making gift bouquets for all occasions and specialist work for Weddings, Funerals and large events.
- Serving and helping customers in a very busy environment over the telephone or face to face in store, therefore must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Conditioning flowers and keeping workplace clean and tidy.
- Making, setting up and de-rigging wedding and event florals and hire items.
- Complete deliveries in and around the Manchester area in your own vehicle.
- General cleaning & maintaining of the shop & studio spaces.

Must haves
- Smart & tidy appearance.
- At peak times will be required to be flexible in starting/finishing hours and work extra hours/days as required.
- 1 Year experience or background in the floristry industry.
- Competent IT skills including use of computers, iPads for taking orders.
- Must have own vehicle with complete access & Full UK driving license so that you are able to travel to both our Swinton store and studio in Leigh when required, and complete deliveries when needed during your working day.
- Able to work within high pressure situations whilst keeping a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
