Senior Florist

''Duties:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases or containers and ensure they are properly cared for
- Provide guidance and training to junior florists
- Collaborate with event planners and other vendors to coordinate floral designs for larger events
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience working as a florist, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in garden maintenance and care techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to sell floral products and services effectively
