Pharmacy Assistant. Counter Assistant

Hours of work 9am-630pm Monday ,TuesdayThursday and 9am to 2pm Saturday.

We are a busy pharmacy close to Wood Green underground station.

Previous experience working in a pharmacy would be desirable. More hours possible if you have relevant experience.

We are looking for a dynamic,reliable and pleasant team player who is customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role you will need a desire to learn and progress in our business. As a pharmacy Counter Assistant you will be required to assist in the smooth running of the branch by following customer procedures.

full time hours to include work on Saturdays.

**Your main duties under the direction of a qualified pharmacist will include**:

- Helping with various jobs involved in day to day running of pharmacy.
- Taking in and handing out prescription
- Using computer systems to generate stock lists and labels
- Ordering items
- Receiving, loading, unloading deliveries
- Selling over-the-counter medicines in line with the current pharmacy legislation
- Answering customers questions face to face or by phone
- Referring problems or queries to the pharmacist.
- General housekeeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
