**JOB SUMMARY**

Our client is a part of a Print Group specialising in printed packaging design and manufacturing, serving a wide range of customers from start-up's to major high street retailers. We have an excellent reputation within the packaging industry for award winningdesign and print for products as wide ranging as mobile phones, beauty and niche food packaging.

This role will suit an organised person with a creative mindset, ideally you will have some sales experience and a passion for improving customer experiences. The team you will join is responsible for processing new enquiries from prospects and guiding themthrough our process, from the initial contact you will help them create a brief and follow them right through to the delivery of the finished products.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
- customer service: 3 years (required)

**OTHER DUTIES**

Will include working closely with our designers to create prototypes, working with our customer services and estimating team to create quotations and assist with orders into production.

Through all of this we are looking for someone who can win over potential customers with their enthusiasm and creative solutions.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate preferred but those with equivalent work experience in a similar setting will be considered
- Good written and spoken English
- Well organised
- Proficiency in Excel or similar, Word and digital platforms
- Good negotiating skills
- An interest in design and packaging
- Positive, resilient attitude to working with clients and colleagues
- Ability to think creatively to achieve goals
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
