OFFICE BASED

We are looking for an experienced customer services advisor.

Ideally you will have experience dealing with both inbound and outbound customer calls. You will be required to contact all new customers who purchase from our customer website. You will need to check they received their order on time and they are happy with the products supplied. Assuming they are, you will be tasked to book a follow up call to remind them to reorder or to set up a subscription service.

Full training will be given.

The role is flexible and can be full time or or part time, the hours can be flexible and can range from 8:30-5 Monday to Friday.

There is a good basic salary however the bonus structure could easily exceed £40,000pa

The office is based in Lutterworth and we have a friendly and professional work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Lutterworth, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
