**Our client, a world leader in advanced electronic products and systems are recruiting for an HR Administrator.**

Due to continued growth our client is looking for someone that can improve their current HR processes and procedures and look at new initiatives to enhance their employee’s experience.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as part of a small team, whilst independently and proactively completing tasks. Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements. The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.

You would be fully supported by the management teams and given all the resources required to make this role a success.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**:

- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions.
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.
- Producing informative reports using the HR platform.
- Supporting role to ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
- Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, managing training records etc.
- Scheduling of periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews.
- Support company-wide staff training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities etc.
- Organising the Company’s staff events during the year.
- Welcome visitors to their offices, responding to queries in a helpful manner.
- Be a helpful point of contact to all visitors to the company offices, providing support in the creation of visitor’s lists, meeting room bookings, taxi bookings, arranging visitor passes, lunch arrangements etc.
- Book necessary company-wide travel and provide necessary itinerary information.
- Work with the team to provide support when needed.
- Manage catering requests for events / meetings.

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Experience of working in an administrative support role, providing high quality and timely work
- Good written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels, and on potentially sensitive matters.
- Excellent IT Skills, including Excel, Mail Merge, and report creation.
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
