Since 2007 we have been offering solely dental implant solutions, so it's fair to say we're experts in this life-changing, complex and exciting field. We’re opening a brand new, state of the art clinic in Edinburgh and are looking for a Patient Coordinator for this exciting expansion.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first person that patients will interact with, so you will need to champion the core values of EvoDental. You need to be an empathic communication expert with high emotional intelligence and deliver excellent patient service whilst achieving targets and KPIs.

**THE ROLE**
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a personalised, efficient and friendly service with the ability to take ownership of patient enquiries through to resolution.
- Handling patient enquiries via in-bound and out-bound telephone calls, online forms and web chats.
- Using Customer Relationship Management and Dental Practice Management software you will have new contacts each day to follow up and progress through to consultation.
- Taking care of patient on consultation days, ensuring their in-clinic experience is exceptional. Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and empathic communication.
- Meeting personal & team conversion targets for consultations and surgeries booked.
- Having in-depth knowledge of our products and services so all patient queries can be answered and assessing patient suitability for treatment.
- Working closely with the Lead Clinician and Business Manager to ensure a first in class patient experience and effectively managed appointments.
- Going the extra mile to engage patients and ensure a first-class experience for them.

**YOU**

Dental industry or healthcare experience beneficial but not essential.
- Must be able to work at our new Edinburgh clinic.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Exceptionally empathetic with a passion for customer service and strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Performance driven, able to manage at pace, self-motivated and able to prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills using tact, diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
- Organised and able to multi-task high work volumes whilst putting patients first.
- A real team-player who can add value to our amazing culture.
