They looking for an individual to join the team to execute and optimize paid-for marketing campaigns across Search, Display, Native, and Social Media channels, to deliver lead volume for clients.

**Responsibilities include**
- Building, monitoring and optimising campaigns across all paid media channels, including but not limited to: Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Taboola and Outbrain.
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels in a strategic way to deliver the best ROI, including bid management and contributions to ideas on assets and copywriting.
- On-going testing and optimisation of strategies in order to improve campaign performance.
- Producing and presenting reports of campaign activity.
- Liaising with Paid Media Leads to maintain efficient running of all campaigns.
- Carrying out competitor reviews and identify any changes in strategies.
- Researching and suggesting potential new areas of business.

**Essential attributes**
- Paid media management experience.
- Experience across paid channels including Facebook & Google.
- Demonstrate a high level of passion for paid media.
- An excellent working attitude with an ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Keen attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Enthusiasm to keep abreast of new technologies along with an excellent knowledge of various. paid media platforms.
