Are you a paid media manager looking for the next step up to leading a passionate and growing department? If you've got strong experience of executing and analysing engaging, high performance, campaigns across all paid media channels, working in a fast-paced environment on big brand projects, this could be your perfect next role.

**The Job...**

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll be working alongside a great team of coders, creatives and marketers and will have full responsibility for all paid search and paid social campaigns. You'll be supported by a team of 3 paid media execs, plus a further 2 juniors, and longer term your department will likely grow to around 10.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Providing a transparent management layer between the delivery team and the senior management team.
- Helping to build game-winning strategies with associated KPIs that are tracked and ongoing.
- Delegating and overseeing the paid media delivery team's actions in relation to client goals and objectives.
- Remaining up to date with emerging trends and market conditions, keeping abreast of changes to paid search and paid media and implementing best practises.
- Being the key point of escalation for both clients and staff queries for all things paid media.
- Managing smooth and consistent operations, including monthly reporting delivered on time and client renewals prepared for in advance.
- Contributing to new sales enquiries.

**About You...**

The Head of Paid Media that takes on this exciting challenge will be someone who wants to lead and grow a passionate and high performing department. You'll be used to dealing with people at all levels and be comfortable reporting to the senior leadership team.

**Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate**:

- At least 3 years experience in an agency environment.
- Proven experience in growing paid media channels for brands across a range of sectors.
- The ability to produce engaging, high-performing, social media strategies.
- You'll have expert knowledge of running paid campaigns through Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Having additional channel experience will certainly make you stand out too.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Experience of leading a paid media function, with strong people management skills.
- First class writing and proofreading skills, along with superb communication skills.
