### Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you

## Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their satisfaction with food, drinks, and service
- Oversee the preparation of beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

## Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.73-£11.18 per hour
