**Job Description**:
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to join our team as Front of House / Bar Staff at Fifteen by Llanwern Village Bar and Hotel.

We have a number of contract, hours and team options available to suit all levels of flexibility.

This role is pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests and providing exceptional service that reflects the charm and hospitality of our family-owned establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests in a welcoming manner.
- Taking orders for food and beverages with a thorough knowledge of the menu and bar offerings.
- Preparing and serving drinks, including a range of Welsh ales, spirits, and wines.
- Ensuring the bar and dining area are clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
- Handling transactions and operating the cash register.
- Assisting in setting up for events and special occasions.
- Addressing guest queries and ensuring a delightful dining and drinking experience.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a bar or restaurant setting, is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
