Location: Nursery Inn, Heaton Norris

As a Front of House team member, our customers are in your hands. You will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying beverages.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

This Idyllic local and once the CAMRA pub of the year, The Nursery Inn has a long-standing reputation for serving some of the best cask ales and lagers and fine pub food around. A real hidden gem this 1930’s pub has a popular well-kept bowling green and attractive gardens and patio. Their function room is available to book for events and parties all year round. Televised sport and regular entertainment are always well received by regulars at the Nursery Inn.
