We require a Handy Man to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. The Handy Man will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as installation, fencing and repair jobs and light installations. The individual in this position will also be required to complete regular maintenance and administration tasks such as keeping log books up to date, submitting invoices and repairing or replacing equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Remove and reinstall faucets and toilets.
- Fix small holes in walls and drywall.
- Read diagrams to determine what materials you need to complete a project.
- Use tools such as hammers, saws, and screwdrivers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
