LOCATION: Fleet, Hampshire

**Requirements**:

- Proactively reviewing your client's accounts, ensuring full utilisation and adoption of our product, whilst helping to drive the best results.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services, indirectly driving our sales revenues and maximising account value.
- Attend client visits and conduct onsite training sessions, when required to do so.
- Understand the data landscape and how our clients use this to manage their operations, providing BI reports to monitor account usage and performance.
- Take a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
- Obtain and translate client feedback into actionable insights, driving positive change across the site and our product development.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop the client relationship and improve retention.
- Communicate and promote new product updates and features to clients, demonstrating how requests have been listened to and directly addressed.
- Analyse job content, formatting, and performance, providing expert advice on how to improve exposure and delivery.
- Develop Machine Learning and synonyms dictionary to cover popular job titles.
- Identify and recommend appropriate ATS integrations to help ensure maximum delivery to clients, acting as the client's advocate where necessary through any partner communications.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Relevant experience in a similar customer service / account manager / service delivery function within a B2B environment
- Experience working to activity-based targets
- Highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of recruitment industry and ATS systems desirable but not essential
- Excellent basic salary
- 23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service (plus Bank Holidays and Birthdays off)
- Optional remote working (2 days per week, following probation)
