We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues or escalations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,928.75 per year
