Oceantec Marine Limited is a family owned, Precision Engineering Company based in Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham. We specialise in the design and manufacture of pressure related components for the Oil & Gas Industry.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CNC Operator/Setter to join our well established Team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

Main Skills required;
- Experience of Operating & Setting a CNC Lathe. (Fanuc Controls)
- Ability to carry out inspection of machined components during machining cycles
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings
- Work in accordance with an approved manufacturing route card
- Comfortable working with a variety of inspection equipment including gauges, verniers, micrometers, Bore Micrometers etc.

Other Attributes;
- Be self-motivated and reliable with a hands on approach
- Proactive, with good organisational and numeracy skills
- Have a positive approach to continuous improvements and have a 'right the first time' attitude
- Good team player

Work Pattern:

- 39 Hours per week
- Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 and Friday 07:30 - 15:00.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Overtime is available as and when required.
