Multitask Personnel are working with a well-established property developer based in Sheffield with an outstanding ethos for developing excellence. Their family run business is much more than just building homes, it’s about creating outstanding well-designed homes.

We’re recruiting for an Administrator to work at their site-based Sheffield S9

Typical Duties:

- General reception duties such as answering the phone, backing up computers.
- Dealing with the sending and receiving of post and distributing as necessary.
- Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.
- Data Entry/Data Cleansing
- Assisting the administration department with their day-to-day requirements
- Helping with plan builds and sorting plans
- Managing Diaries
- Processing jobs leads etc
- In putting data into CRM
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
- Some IT knowledge, you must be comfortable using all Microsoft Packages
- Good telephone manner
- Minimum of Maths and English GCSE
- A motivated individual who is happy to switch between tasks daily and to pitch in with other colleagues as and when required.

Working hours are 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday, £10.50 - £11.00ph
