Multitask Personnel are recruiting for Administrators based in Sheffield for a large PLC who provide utility infrastructure on a nationwide basis, the focus of the role is supporting a team of project designers and estimators who will be working on severalprojects at once

The role:

- Conducting all administrative tasks to support the estimators and designers to complete project work
- To make sure task are completed within set targets
- To work on own case load
- Chase up any quotations
- Assist estimators in sending out enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and collating responses

You will be responsible for scheduling work to a relevant team or contractor, based on location and skill set whilst planning to a value, durrating work in turn cost checks against the project. Review projects to see if we are able to offer offsite workconnections ahead of onsite deliverables.
You will ensure all projects are good and ready to go in advance of work commencement, by checking and issuing all utilities plans, whereabouts, stats and network MPRN’s.

You will proactively liaise with clients, industry stakeholders and Fulcrum internal teams people to ensure that any risks to the successful right first-time delivery are prevented or an appropriate, and timely, solution is achieved.

This is a real opportunity to develop yourself and your career desirable but necessary if you have experience of working in a planning/scheduling coordination type role before.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent administration skills
- Solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
- PC literate and familiar with all main Microsoft office products
- Self-motivated professional and positive approach.
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
- Team player and able to work on own initiative.
- Dynamic and creative.
- Any other task relating to the Administrator role

The role is working Monday to Friday and hours are 8.30am - 5pm

Salary is £10.57-£13.41ph, there are temporary and permanent roles available.
