**Overview**:
A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a homelessness Peer Worker, engaging with rough sleepers with the aim of moving them into a more settled lifestyle. The successfull candidiates will also conduct service user feedback surveys to help us improve the Newham Integrated Rough sleeper Service.

**Responsibilities**:
Change Grow Live won an exciting new contract to provide an outreach service in the London borough of Newham. Do you the energy and drive to be part of a wider partnership approach to supporting homeless people?

You will engage hard-to-reach clients, and help them navigate services. Experience working with people with mental and physical health needs, substance misuse, trauma and homelessness would be ideal but not necessary.

You will need to record information about your actions, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. This role may involve working anti-social hours. The successful candidiates will have lived experience of either homelessness, addiction, mental health and/or physical health.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
