We are currently looking for kind and compassionate home care workers available within the Lincolnshire Area.

We are currently recruiting for Care Professionals to work between the hours of 7am-2pm & 2 pm-10 pm. This role is ideal if you are looking to provide companionship to older adults in the community, or perhaps you have had the experience of helping a family member and would like to use your experience to help others.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will be working ‘one to one’ with our clients, allowing professional friendships to develop as well as working within a tight knit and supportive team.

This is a Part time position with hours to suit between Monday - Sunday 7am -10pm

This position requires a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle.

**Care Assistant responsibilities**:
Being a care professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.

**Duties can include**:

- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying clients on appointments or shopping visits.
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Support with medication

**Qualifications**:
You do not require any qualifications as full training will be given.
