The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Carer to lead a small team of care professionals and deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensure the wellbeing of our residents through continuous assessment and review
  • Manage time effectively to balance team support and resident care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to motivate and support a team of care professionals
