Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Care Professionals to join our team at Lifeways, a leading provider of supported living services. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Promote independence and self-advocacy among service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.
  • Passion for working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
