**Role Description**:
We are looking for a user experience specialist who's able to work within our team to ensure that our end users have the best possible experience of, and interactions with, the new SAP finance systems we are implementing. You'll be working with process ownersto understand the new functionalities and help to shape the system messages and workflows and identify new opportunities to create better user experiences.

As this programme is close to go-live, we will need you to identify quick wins and improvements that do not require Change Requests for the design of processes. Therefore, most improvements will be about quality of messaging, however, we are looking fora set of post go-live improvements that may include Change Requests.

**Key Skills required**:

- Passionate about user experience - you'll eat, sleep and breathe design, knowing all of the latest trends and how to bring outside thinking and ideas into our organisation.
- You're a problem solver - you take time to understand the problem we're trying to fix, backed up with data and insight - so you'll wed your creativity with analytical skills.
- Great E2E Design experience - From concept to live measurement, you'll have tonnes of hands-on experience in delivering user experience.
- User centricity - you'll be the voice of the customer; you'll know what works for them and ensure to design to their needs.

**Experience required**:

- Experience of working in agile development teams.
- Experience in telco background is preferable but not necessary.
- Experience in working within brand identity and guidelines, with the ability to push the boundaries when required.
- Experience in Information Architecture is useful.
- Thought leader and strong insight on web best practice.
