This role is with a creative production agency who specialise in gaming and immersive experiences.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Transform abstract concepts into user-friendly flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to cultivate intuitive user experiences.
  • Embrace a user-centered design ethos, constantly testing and refining your designs.
  • Develop and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for diverse devices and interfaces.
  • Elevate user experience by crafting seamless navigation across various digital platforms and interfaces.
  • Support the client’s product vision by conducting research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and user testing for digital products.
  • Identify design challenges and innovate elegant solutions.
  • Strategically make design and user-experience decisions for both core and new functions and features.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, UI Designers, developers, and managers.
  • Tackle projects of varying durations and complexities.
  • Create robust prototypes with confidence.
  • Assist UI designers and developers in implementing designs effectively.


MUST-HAVES


  • Showcase a strong portfolio during the interview process.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing successful web pages and mobile apps.
  • Possess three or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in producing wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups.
  • Knowledgeable about design and development best practices.
  • Deep understanding of the significance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Capable of articulating design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and persuasively to teams and clients.
  • Efficiently iterate designs and solutions with intelligence.
  • Skilled in eliciting detailed requirements from clients to design complete user experiences aligned with their needs and vision.
  • Effective teamwork skills, including translating abstract ideas into tangible design implications. Maintain a commitment to ongoing education, staying abreast of UX trends, design strategies, and technologies.
  • Possess creative thinking coupled with advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced in devising solutions for complex projects.
  • Open to receiving feedback and using it to enhance your work.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong ability to manage timelines and work independently.


NICE-TO-HAVES


  • Familiarity with AR/VR immersive technologies.
  • Background in video game design.
  • Experience with cross-platform development.
