The Company:

With offices located around the world, my client is a well-known and respected publisher with various divisions and some award-winning names attached to them.


The Role:

I am helping my client recruit a UX Designer to join their team (no UI required). They are looking for someone who has previously worked as a UX Designer in a cross-functional team.


The current team consists of one Head of UX - this means it's an incredible opportunity to work extremely closely day-to-day with someone that has tons of experience and knowledge to pass down.


There is a focus on ux research within this organisation, and this is a pure UX role with no UI skills required. There is also a lot of time spent ensuring inclusive design and accessibility are at the heart of their work - so this is an area you'll receive a lot of training. The work is mainly web-based, and the company use Figma.


Experience Required:


  • UX Research - you don't need to be a total expert in user research but you do need some basic experience in this area
  • Hands-on UX skills e.g. wireframes, prototypes, user journeys etc
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Figma
  • Degree in HCI (or similar) preferred
  • Complex B2B experience preferred
  • Knowledge of inclusive design preferred


Salary = Up to £40k + benefits
