Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage our full recruitment cycle, ensuring that we consistently meet our staff requirements and acquire top engineering, administrative, financial, and sales staff.

You will work closely with the HR Team and managers, to ensure new hires are onboarded using the appropriate employee experience processes while minimising the time-to-hire period. delays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the team to proactively identify staffing needs and ensure that job descriptions remain commensurate with roles.
- Responsible for the coordination of shortlisting and interview set-up through to formal offer.
- Manage the Company website recruitment page ensuring it reflects our diverse workforce and culture as well as the recruitment inbox and day-to-day agency relationships.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports and metrics to the HR Director.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in business partnering with hiring managers as a recruiter.
- Previous experience in managing medium-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Hands-on experience with various selection and onboarding processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and meticulous.
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills.
- Good working knowledge of the Right to Work regulations, referencing, and the Equality Act.
- Experience in organising and conducting skills, psychometrics, and IQ/EQ assessments.
- Knowledge of UK employment contracts and related employment law/legislation.
- Brand ambassador and promoting the Employee Values.
- CIPD level 3, RECS level 3, or ERF CertRP qualification or similar and by experience
- Essential higher education or related studies/training
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Full driving license.

- 20 hours per week 2 - 6 pm Hybrid working with up to 2 days in Orpington office
- Salary: FTE £23-24,500 per annum (pro-rated)
- 23 increasing to 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays (pro-rated)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
