We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, versatile, Band 5 Practitioners with experience in Anaesthetics to join our dynamic multi skilled theatre team and work in one of the UK Largest Teaching Trusts UHCW Hospital.

You will have access to fantastic Preceptorship/ AHP package and vast learning and promotional opportunities; you will be given to opportunity to bring your skills to a leading trust, renowned for their Teaching and Educational capacity, friendly culture, Positive morale, and who are recognised Leaders in innovation and patient-centred care and learning.

Theatre Practitioners are key to the smooth running of each theatre. ODPs will work closely with multi-speciality Theatre Teams to ensure that everything the team needs each day is ready and available. You will be expected to play a valued part in the Theatre Team to deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.

At The UHCW Site we have 22 operating Theatres in our Main Theatre Department and 5 Theatres on our GFT and 6 at Rugby saint cross site hospital.

Successful applicants will be guided through our preceptorship package with appropriate mentorship to work across one of our sites Rugby St Cross or UHCW Main Theatre /Ground Floor Unit at UHCW site. Here at UHCW we have a vast range of Clinical specialities, we are a major Trauma centre for Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery we do pioneering Robotics surgery, Cardiac, thoracic, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Obstetrics, colorectal, Plastics, ortho-plastics Breast Surgery and Renal Transplants to name a few.

All of our practitioner’s works across all Clinical specialities, our team member therefore become highly skilled in all specialities. No 2 day’s here are the same
