What is Peacock Dental ‘Spa’ and what does it want with a Concierge?

Two good questions. Let us explain:
Peacock Dental Spa is a fully private dental practice located in Loughborough Town Centre. The owners, Mike and Katy Ingram, provide the full range of dental services including Implants, Sedation, Orthodontics (including Invisalign), Cosmetic Dentistry and Hygienist services. It is called a Spa because we also offer complimentary comforts such as paraffin hand wax, cooling collagen eye patches, and massage cushions amongst many more.

We describe it as dentistry with cuddles.

The main focus is on customer care.

This is why we have a Concierge.

The main duties of the Concierge are:

- Greeting patients as they enter the Spa.
- Offering and providing refreshments.
- Maintaining a front of house presence.
- Making appointments.
- Receiving and handling telephone calls.

The essential qualities we are looking for are:

- A welcoming and pleasant demeanour.
- Exceptionally smart dress and appearance.
- The ability to build rapport with patients.
- The ability to follow our systems.

Desirable qualities we are looking for are:

- Sales experience.
- Marketing and Social Media training.

Knowledge of the Dental Industry is not required, we will teach you everything you need to know, however previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator may be of benefit.
