We require staff who have experience with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, and mental health complex needs. You will be working on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis supporting with day-to-day activities in some of the best homes in the UK

**The role includes**:

- Organising and accompanying service users with everyday tasks, and social activities
- Building relationships with the staff team and family members
- Recording the activity & reporting key aspects of care
- Promoting independence and developing life skills for all
- Helping to develop interests and hobbies, whilst guiding and educating

**Here are the ideal requirements to join our fantastic team**:

- 3+ Months of experience in a Social Care setting (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
