As an Outpatient Booking Clerk your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and organise outpatient appointments efficiently
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients and medical staff
- Maintain accurate records and patient information
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth running of the department
- Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Comply with all departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Support the secretarial and business support team as needed

A successful Outpatient Booking Clerk should have:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
