Head of SWL Clinical Networks
The South West London Acute Provider Collaborative is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Clinical Networks to support the system to achieve its ambitions to improve the health of the patients and population of South West London.

The SWL APC comprises four acute providers; St George's, Epsom and St Helier, Croydon and Kingston NHS Trusts with a combined workforce of around 20,000 strong.

The APC leads 16 Clinical Networks with clinical leadership across primary and secondary care for each network as well as a team of programme and project managers to support delivery.

The post will be responsible for leading the team to ensure delivery of clinical network objectives including addressing health inequalities and reducing unwarranted variation, improving clinical outcomes, improving productivity and performance and delivering transformational change.

This is a unique opportunity to join the SWL APC to develop and deliver these shared objectives. The successful post holder will bring excellent relationship. quality improvement, transformation and influencing skills with the capability to lead the clinical network management team and professionally oversee the delivery, monitoring and reporting of all clinical network programmes.
