About You

As a registered mental health nurse, you possess a deep understanding of the field and are passionate about sharing your expertise with aspiring nurses. Ideally, you hold a recognized teaching or learning qualification. Your dedication to delivering exceptional clinical skills training, simulation, and support will be at the core of your role.

You'll leverage your nursing experience to promote integrated professional practice across all aspects of your work, equipping students with practical knowledge that will serve them throughout their careers.

A commitment to continuous improvement is essential. You'll actively seek opportunities for professional development, build networks within the public and private sectors, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the faculty's reputation in higher education and healthcare.
