My client based in Bicester is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO and three directors. The role involves diary management, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, organising events and project work.

This is an exciting role to be part of an amazing growing company. They offer hyrbid working and flexible working hours.

**Description**

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

- Assistant to the CEO and three other senior directors
- Diary management
- Setting up meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Organising and managing company events and presentations
- Assisting in the production of board reports
- Assisting with the preparation of other documents and presentations
- Attendance at executive meetings and recording actions
- Assisting with various projects

**Profile**

The successful Personal Assistant experience:

- Experience of being a Personal Assistant to someone at a senior level
- Work on your own initiative and part of a team
- Experience of Microsoft Office products and comfortable using new IT platforms
- Ability to manage time and identify priorities
