**Role Overview**:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for **a **Community Engagement Officer** to join our Employability team in Middlesbrough.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You'll be helping to promote the Thirteen Employability Service through active engagement in the wider communities.
- Creating and planning new activities to engage new users of the service.
- You'll be out and about most days speaking with people in the community about how our service could help them back into work.

**About You**:

- You'll ideally have a proven track record of liaising with partner organisations, statutory and community groups to promote the benefits and opportunities of participation in employability programmes.
- Excellent communication internally and externally.
- Be comfortable engaging with economically inactive members of the community to help get them back into work.
