Evolve is recruiting for a privately-owned, leading Pharmaceutical organisation who is looking for a driven and dynamic Hospital Specialist, to promote their unique portfolio for specialist Respiratory products into key hospitals across London

**Ideal Requirement**
- Experience in hospital sales in speciality therapy areas.
- Proven track record of sales success through business partnering and prioritised account development with particular emphasis on a multi-disciplinary team approach.
- ABPI qualified.
- Evidence of successfully working with funding of high value products within the NHS environment.
- Established record of project leadership and cross functional working.
- Established record of building and delivering prioritised business plans aligned to both the organisation and customer needs.

**Role Responsibilities**
- To achieve sales targets/growth and business objectives contained within the marketing plans.
- Develop a territory business plan with short
- and long-term goals to achieve sales targets. Implement plan, including the use of tracking mechanisms to identify variances to plan and taking appropriate action to eliminate negative variances.
- Analysis data to identify both prioritised account planning and stakeholder influencing strategies.
- Develop detailed account plans to influence product awareness, adoption, and funding inclusions. These should include call activity plans and how to move customers along the adoption curve.
- Maintain accurate customer records and detailed evolving business objectives.
- Effectively plan and prioritise weekly activities and ensure your line manager is aware of schedules.
- Organise and/or actively participate in meetings/conferences at both local and international level.

**Role Specific Competencies**
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good organisational skills, including time management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills e.g., influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate high level technical knowledge accurately and with impact.
