**About the role**

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for additional team members. As a Processing Room Operative, you will be part of a small, warm and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the burgers and sausages are made to the highest standard, keeping up to date with burger and sausage stock levels and customer demand.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Making Burgers
- Making Sausages
- Creating recipe sheets
- Selecting the correct cuts of meat for processing
- Visually assessing meat and ensuring fit for purpose
- Good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Good written skills and basic computer admin skills
- Ability to work as part of a fast-paced butchery environment
- Positive and calm approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
