Hotel Receptionist/administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. The role also requires some administration work for our group of companies, so good computer knowledge and a keen eye for detail is required. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you,
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Assist with reservations and manage room availability
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk tasks along with varied administration duties.
Pay: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
