**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Provide information about the company to customers and visitors.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the building.
- Provide excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From £12,480.00 per year
