Children & Young Persons' Practitioner

North Kent Mind are recruiting for a Children and Young Persons (CYP) Practitioner to support the CYP service.

This post will involve supporting CYP local secondary schools, primarily based in Medway, managing their own caseload of children and young people.

This is not a counselling post, but a positive coaching position where CYP are supported through various issues using psychoeducation, solution focussed support and therapeutic skills.

The post will be face-to-face in schools during term time with flexible working from home negotiated for admin as appropriate.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.02 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
