We are currently looking for a **Food and Beverage Supervisor** to join our Truly Talented team.

**Your role**

You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.

Responsibilities of **Food and Beverage Supervisor** will include but are not limited to:

- You will be expected to deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence. You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team;
- Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team;
- To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation;
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection;
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.

**The core skills and experience required to succeed**
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred;
- Excellent personal presentation;
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
